By using the Simple Business Finance application, you agree to the following terms.
Simple Business Finance is a financial tracking and management application developed for small and medium-sized businesses. The application offers income-expense tracking, client account management, staff records and payment tracking, product and inventory management, and financial reporting tools.
The application does not provide official accounting, payroll, tax, or legal advisory services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. Use of the application by individuals under 13 is prohibited.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legal compliance of all data entered into the application. Simple Business Finance cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.
Users are obligated to keep account information confidential and prevent unauthorized access. Users are responsible for all transactions performed through their account.
The business owner can add other users to their business by creating an invite code. Invited users are assigned one of the following roles: owner, manager, operator, or purchaser. Each role has different access permissions. The business owner can restrict or revoke invited users' access at any time. The business owner is responsible for the actions of invited users on business data.
User data is stored on secure servers with reasonable technical security measures. However, it is acknowledged that data transmission over the internet is not completely risk-free.
Users can delete their account through Settings > Delete My Account menu within the application. A 7-day waiting period applies after account deletion request. Users can cancel the deletion during this period. After the waiting period, the account and all associated data (transactions, clients, staff, products, photos included) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Users can export transaction data and reports from within the application in Excel (.xlsx) format. Exported files are downloaded to the user's device. The user is responsible for any sharing of exported data with third parties.
The application may use third-party services such as Apple ID and Google Account for authentication. Use of these services is subject to the respective service providers' own terms of use.
Simple Business Finance reserves the right to change the application's service content, features, and pricing without prior notice.
The design, software, and brand elements of Simple Business Finance application belong to Simple Business Finance. Ownership of all data entered into the application by users belongs to the users.
Simple Business Finance cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application. The application is provided “as is.”
Turkish Republic law applies to disputes arising from these terms of use, and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
