By using the Small Business Finance application, you agree to the following terms.
Small Business Finance is a financial tracking and management application developed for small and medium-sized businesses. The application offers income-expense tracking, client account management, staff records and payment tracking, product and inventory management, notes and task management, and financial reporting tools.
The application does not provide official accounting, payroll, tax, or legal advisory services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. Use of the application by individuals under 13 is prohibited.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legal compliance of all data entered into the application. Small Business Finance cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.
Users are obligated to keep account information confidential and prevent unauthorized access. Users are responsible for all transactions performed through their account.
Business owners can invite other users to their business by generating invite codes. Invited users are assigned a manager, operator or custom role. Each role has different access permissions. Business owners can restrict or revoke invited users' access at any time and are responsible for their actions on business data.
A business owner may also share a specific client account with another business via a share code. Depending on the permission granted, the other business can only view or edit information belonging to that client account and cannot access other business data. Client sharing may be revoked at any time.
User data is stored on secure servers with reasonable technical security measures. However, it is acknowledged that data transmission over the internet is not completely risk-free.
Users can submit a deletion request through Settings > Delete My Account. The request may be cancelled during the 7-day waiting period. Afterward, the account is closed and the deletion request is processed. Limited records required by law, and business records that must remain in another business workspace, may be retained only for the necessary period and scope.
Users can export transaction data and reports from within the application in Excel (.xlsx) and PDF formats. Files are prepared for the device's sharing interface, where the user may share or save them. The user is responsible for any sharing of exported data with third parties.
The application may use third-party services such as Apple ID and Google Account for authentication. Use of these services is subject to the respective service providers' own terms of use.
Small Business Finance reserves the right to change the application's service content, features, and pricing without prior notice.
The design, software and brand elements of the Small Business Finance application belong to Small Business Finance. Business records entered into the app belong to the relevant business workspace, and the business owner manages team access. Ending a team member's access does not automatically delete records they created for the business.
Small Business Finance cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application. The application is provided “as is.”
Turkish Republic law applies to disputes arising from these terms of use, and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
