User information: Account details such as email, name, business name and optional phone number.
Business and account information: Business ledger, account and transaction records created in the service, together with documents and images you add.
Contact information: Only the name and phone number you choose from your address book and transfer to the form.
Technical information: Connection, session, security, notification and limited usage records between your device and the service.
3. How We Collect and Use Information
We collect information electronically from details you enter, your chosen sign-in provider, device features you choose to use, and session or technical activity generated while providing the service.
We use it to create and manage your account, operate and sync the app, produce reports and reminders, support authorized team access, maintain security, provide support and comply with law. We will provide additional notice or request consent before using personal information in another way when applicable law requires it.
4. When We Disclose Information
To operate the service, we may disclose information to cloud hosting, sign-in, file storage, notification, AI-based document processing and technical support providers; users authorized by the business owner; parties involved in a sharing action you initiate; people who have a time-limited statement link you create; and government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising based on activity across other companies’ apps or websites. We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, as permitted by applicable law.
5. Retention and Security
We retain information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access.
A 7-day waiting period applies to account deletion requests. You may cancel during this period; afterward, the account is closed and the deletion request is processed. Limited records required by law, and business records that must remain in another business workspace, may be retained only for the necessary period and scope.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live, applicable U.S. state or other privacy laws may let you request access to personal information, information about its sources, uses and recipients, correction, deletion or a portable copy. Where provided by law, you may also object to certain processing or appeal a denied request. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a request, email ozadaliomerfaruk@gmail.com from the address registered to your account and use the subject “Privacy Request.” We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
