This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") in our capacity as data controller.

• Enabling financial recording and reporting functions
• Sending future-dated transaction reminders
• Providing multi-user access management
• Managing information security processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK:

• Direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Fulfillment of data controller's legal obligations
• Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations in cases of legal obligation

• Other users authorized by the business owner (within the scope of multi-user feature)

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

As data subjects pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• d) Know third parties to whom data is transferred
• e) Request correction if data is incomplete or incorrect
• f) Request deletion or destruction
• g) Request notification of these operations to third parties
• h) Object to results that arise against you
• i) Request compensation for damages
